When it comes to pricing, I will always be transparent with you. After we have our initial consultation and I gain a better understanding of your project scope, I will provide you with a comprehensive proposal. From the get go, I will work closely with you to establish and adhere to a project budget.
It is also important to keep in mind that when it comes to the total cost of your design project, there are three key factors to consider: the budget for furnishings and materials, contractor fees, and professional fees for design and project management.
Timelines can vary depending on its size and complexity. Typically, the design phase for larger projects takes about 8-12 weeks, as it requires careful thought and attention to detail. As for implementation, this is dependent on the schedules and availability of vendors and tradespeople. I’ll provide you with an estimated timeline when we kick off your project and I’ll always keep you informed along the way. It is important to note that if you’re looking for a quick design or quick turnaround, I am not the designer for you as my priority will always be on delivering quality work, which takes time.

By working together, I can ensure every aspect of your project aligns with your vision, enhancing the overall quality and appeal of your work.
For the developer—I can take lead and oversee every facet of your project. In addition to interior/exterior selections, FF&E sheets, and space planning, I can also take on budget planning, landscape design, neighborhood entry design, and more.
I thrive on guiding clients through every stage of the design journey, ensuring a cohesive and personalized result. As such, I do not typically engage in one-room projects or projects solely seeking interior styling services. My goal is to create enduring spaces that reflect my clients' unique lifestyles and aspirations, with meticulous attention to detail from start to finish.
